RESERVATIONS

Reservations are taken online only through our booking system BISTROCHAT. We also accept same-day walk-ins based on availability. We do not take reservations by phone.

Menus

For parties of five or more, we serve our Chef’s Tasting Menu only. 

It’s the best way to experience what our kitchen is all about.

The menu can be easily adapted for dietary requirements, with some notice.

 

Arriving on time

We’ll hold your reservation for 15 minutes. After that, we may need to release your table to guests waiting to join us. 

Our experience is carefully paced, so please arrive on time to enjoy it from the start.

 

Time at the table

On busier evenings, we may need to limit your dining time to two hours. 

If the evening allows, we’re always happy for you to stay a little longer.

 

A little about our space

Brut! is an intimate restaurant with bar seating on tall stools and two communal tables. 

It’s cosy by design, so a little flexibility goes a long way.

 

Bar seating

Tables are generally reserved for larger parties, so groups of two will usually be seated at the bar. If you have a seating preference, let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

Bringing your own wine

We would love you to explore our carefully curated wine list but you are welcome to bring your own.

Our corkage fee is HK$500 per standard size bottle.

 

Celebrating something?

You’re welcome to bring your own cake, without charge, but please keep them relatively small as we don't have much cold storage space.
